VINTrakID Roadside Assistance Rider

1. Nature of the Roadside Assistance Benefit

VINTrakID provides access to roadside assistance services as a membership benefit through one or more independent third-party service providers ("Service Provider").

VINTrakID does not provide roadside assistance services directly, does not dispatch service vehicles, and does not employ roadside technicians.

All roadside assistance services are performed solely by the Service Provider, subject to that provider's terms, conditions, service availability, and geographic coverage.

2. Services That May Be Included

Depending on your subscription plan and location, roadside assistance services may include:

• Towing (subject to mileage limits)
• Jump-start services
• Flat tire assistance
• Lockout assistance
• Emergency fuel delivery (fuel cost may apply)

Specific services, limits, and response times are determined by the Service Provider and may vary by location.

3. Not Insurance

Roadside assistance provided under this Rider:

• Is not insurance
• Is not a warranty
• Is not a guarantee of repair or outcome
• Does not provide reimbursement or indemnification

VINTrakID does not underwrite risk, collect premiums, or make claim determinations.

4. Service Limitations and Availability

Roadside assistance is subject to:

• Geographic availability
• Weather conditions
• Road conditions
• Local service capacity
• Safety considerations

VINTrakID makes no guarantee regarding:

• Response times
• Service completion
• Availability at a specific location or time

5. Third-Party Terms Apply

Use of roadside assistance services is subject to the Service Provider's terms and conditions, which may include:

• Service caps or annual limits
• Mileage limits for towing
• Exclusions for certain vehicle types
• Restrictions based on vehicle condition

VINTrakID is not responsible for enforcing or interpreting the Service Provider's terms.

6. Fees and Charges

Some roadside services may require additional payment, including but not limited to:

• Fuel costs
• Towing beyond included mileage
• Services not covered under the subscription benefit

Any such charges are assessed by the Service Provider directly.

7. No Liability for Service Performance

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VINTrakID is not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of the Service Provider
• Delays or failures in service
• Damage to vehicles or property
• Personal injury or inconvenience arising from roadside assistance services

All claims related to roadside assistance services must be directed to the Service Provider.

8. Modification or Termination of Benefit

VINTrakID reserves the right to:

• Change Service Providers
• Modify included services
• Add or remove roadside assistance benefits
• Suspend or terminate the benefit

Such changes may occur without prior notice and do not constitute a breach of subscription terms.

9. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a VINTrakID subscription plan that includes roadside assistance, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Roadside assistance is provided by a third party
• VINTrakID is not the service provider
• Availability and performance are not guaranteed
• This Rider governs your use of roadside assistance benefits
