Smart Ownership Advantage™ Program Terms

Smart Ownership Advantage™ ("Program") is a voluntary promotional engagement program offered by VINTrakID ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to eligible users of the VINTrakID platform.

The Program provides eligible participants the opportunity to receive DriveCredits (defined below) in connection with certain engagement activities within the VINTrakID platform.

The Program is promotional in nature. It is not a financial product, banking product, stored value product, prepaid access product, investment product, insurance product, rebate program, wage program, compensation program, or sweepstakes.

Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and the broader VINTrakID Terms of Service.

Participation is limited to:

• Legal residents of the United States
• At least 18 years of age
• Registered VINTrakID account holders in good standing

The Program is void where prohibited by law.

VINTrakID reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.

3.1 Definition

DriveCredits are promotional benefit credits issued by VINTrakID under the Program.

DriveCredits may only be redeemed in accordance with these Terms and current Program rules displayed in-app.

DriveCredits may be issued in connection with eligible engagement activities, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Vehicle profile updates
• Mileage updates
• Service record entries
• Renewal confirmations
• Platform interactions
• Other qualifying engagement activities determined by VINTrakID

VINTrakID may require confirmation steps or validation before DriveCredits are issued.

VINTrakID reserves the right to:

• Determine which actions qualify
• Modify earning mechanics
• Apply fraud detection logic
• Reverse credits issued in error
• Decline issuance where abuse is suspected

Qualification formulas, scoring weights, and internal logic are proprietary and not disclosed.

The Program includes Ownership Status tiers determined by engagement and longevity.

Ownership Status:

• Is behavior-based
• Is evaluated on a rolling 12-month basis
• May change over time
• Is not guaranteed
• Does not confer property rights

VINTrakID may implement grace periods, inactivity resets, or other adjustments as part of Program mechanics.

Tier qualification criteria are determined solely by VINTrakID and may be modified prospectively.

Each account is subject to an annual benefit capacity limit based on Ownership Status.

Annual benefit capacity:

• Limits the total value of DriveCredits redeemable within a benefit cycle
• Applies per account, not per vehicle
• Does not scale automatically with number of vehicles
• Does not roll over to subsequent cycles

Unused DriveCredits may expire at the end of a benefit cycle in accordance with Program rules.

DriveCredits may only be redeemed:

• Within eligible, pre-approved redemption categories
• Through redemption options made available in-app
• Subject to minimum redemption thresholds
• In preset increment amounts

DriveCredits may not be:

• Redeemed for cash
• Converted to currency
• Transferred to other users
• Applied outside eligible categories
• Combined with unauthorized offers

VINTrakID may modify redemption categories or options prospectively.

If a vehicle is removed from an account, DriveCredits earned in connection with that vehicle during the current benefit cycle may be adjusted proportionally.

VINTrakID reserves the right to prevent or reverse abusive vehicle cycling behavior.

Extended inactivity may result in:

• Ownership Status adjustments
• Benefit capacity recalibration
• Program participation suspension

DriveCredits remain subject to applicable benefit cycle rules.

VINTrakID reserves the right to:

• Audit engagement activity
• Investigate suspicious behavior
• Reverse credits
• Suspend accounts
• Terminate Program participation

Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in forfeiture of DriveCredits and termination of account access.

Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from Program participation or redemption of DriveCredits.

VINTrakID does not provide tax advice.

VINTrakID is not an insurance company, lender, financial advisor, or licensed appraisal service.

VINTrakID reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including:

• Eligibility requirements
• Tier structures
• Qualification thresholds
• Earning mechanics
• Annual benefit capacity
• Redemption categories
• Grace logic
• Inactivity rules

Any material changes will apply prospectively.

Previously redeemed DriveCredits will not be retroactively revoked.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Program terms.

VINTrakID may terminate or suspend the Program at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

Upon termination:

• Unredeemed DriveCredits may be forfeited
• Ownership Status may cease
• Program benefits may end

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VINTrakID shall not be liable for:

• Loss of DriveCredits
• Changes to Ownership Status
• Modification or discontinuation of Program features
• Redemption availability
• Merchant availability
• Third-party performance

The Program is subject to applicable federal and state laws.
